RT&A offered staffing solutions for a variety of IT technologies, including Clarity implementation; JDEdwards development; data security and regulatory compliance for Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); web application development (including .NET and J2EE); and legacy system solutions (including mainframe development, database and systems support). RT&A hired technical leadership on SharePoint portal as an integrated solution for security. Provided multi-lingual candidates in support of one the largest global companies.

Delivery Model

RT&A provided consultants to work on-site at our client's Arkansas headquarters to support their Clarity implementation and maintenance as well as their JDEdwards development/functional requirements in their Information Systems Services Department including their national and international real estate development areas.
